Since each book is unique and personalized, we do not offer refunds. However, you get to review and approve all content (text and illustrations) before making your payment. Additionally, after payment you have one regeneration opportunity if something doesn't convince you.

Of course! The photo is completely optional. You can customize the character by selecting their hair color, eyes, skin tone and more. The AI will create illustrations based on that description.
